Live with Purpose. Lead with Clarity

One-on-one coaching for Business owners and leaders ready to align their Faith, Life and Leadership

You are called to more than just success. You are called to purpose

"Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,"

Do you realize God has a purpose for you?

As a leader, you're no stranger to pressure, decisions, and the drive to perform. But behind the profits and performance lies a deeper question:

Why am I here?

This is where Core Purpose Training comes in.

Core Purpose Training

Core purpose training is a 12 session process of developing your core purpose. Then forming goals and a schedule that matches this purpose.

Developing a Core Purpose

Developing a Core Purpose is vital to living out the purpose God has put on your life. For many people life is pulling them in many different directions, and the majority of the time they are all good things. However developing a Core Purpose Statement is saying these are the areas that are the most important in my life and they must have the priority.

Building a Workable 168

For most people today they are busier than they have ever been, however we seem to be accomplishing less and less. The reason for most is not about how hard they are working but it is about having a workable 168. Once you develop your CPS it produces the goals in life that are most important to you. Once you know your goals you have a responsibility to build a workable 168. A schedule that says if I live this way, then I will achieve the goals I have and more importantly I'll live out the purpose I believe God has me here for.

Selecting your Cabinet

The last step is execution. Once you have your CPS, Goals and Calendar ready your next step is to build your personal cabinet. People in different areas of your life that help you stay aligned with your purpose and goals.
